Dog has a bump near his lung. Should I worry about a punctured lung?

My dog has a bump around his lung does it mean his lung is punctuated or will he die

If Tiny has trouble breathing he needs to be seen by a pet doctor right away. There is no way for me to tell whether his lung is punctured. But if there is air underneath the skin or he struggles breathing, he needs to be seen by a veterinary doctor.
