My dog ate Hershey Kisses, now has neck pain. What should I do?

My dog ate 7-8 Hershey kisses yesterday. he was alright but today he is facing neck or other orthopedic pain... what should I do?

I would recommend seeing a veterinarian for a physical exam. Neck pain can be caused by a disc problem, a soft tissue or muscle injury, or even some tick borne diseases. I would not think that this is related to ingesting chocolate - chocolate toxicity is characterized by vomiting, diarrhea, hyperactivity, muscle tremors, and cardiac changes. 6-7 milk chocolate Hershey's are likely not enough to cause toxicity, and if it has been over 12 hours since the chocolate was ingested it is very unlikely you will see any signs.
