For at least 3 or more years Precious does this thing that sounds like she’s about to throw up or something is going to come out she has her mouth closed when she does it. Kind of sounds like when humans do it - regurgitation noise. It happens mostly after she eats or drinks sometimes. Is this acid reflux? Burping? Its not reverse sneezing (but she does it) or collapsed trachea. I recently (yesterday) changed her food to something with smaller bites. So maybe thatll work? What can I do about it?

I suppose it could be mild regurgitation. Reflux is not commonly recognized in dogs but it probably does happen occasionally. If she seems to eat her food quickly or have difficulty eating large pieces of food I suppose it's possible that the smaller pieces will help. It's really difficult to know what this might be without being able to see Precious do it - you may want to try getting this on video since she has done it consistently for several years and make an appointment to show it to your vet.
