Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 8 days old | 22 lbs
I have a 14 week Dalmatian, Meisha A week ago she had Diarrhea for 3-4 days. She was acting completely normal eating hyper ect kept her hydrated & vet said fast her for 12hrs then bland diet of boiled chicken and rice. She pooped out large chunks grass&material. After 3-4 days her poop was back to normal so I put her on black hawk puppy kibble. 2 days later she did a runny poop. She’s never had black hawk before but loves it she’s hydrated acting completely normal. Did I switch her to quickly?

Yes, you should have transitioned her slowly over a few days from the rice and chicken to the new food. So start all over again: Fast Meisha again for 12 hours, then feed bland food such as boiled rice with boiled boneless white chicken meat in small quantities over several feeds a day,. Do this for a day, then start replacing small quantities of rice with her Blackhawk food over the next two days until she is at the normal quantity of her regular food. If the diarrhea does not go away by the end of the third day, or your Meisha is lethargic and dehydrated, you will need to take her to a veterinarian for an exam.
