My chihuahua's nipples are leaking milk/blood and her belly is big.

I squeezed my chihuahua's nipple and milk came out, so I wanted to see if it was only that one I continues through and one of the nipples let out half white/clear and on the other side it let out a brown/blood color her nipples seem larger than usual and her body/waist seems large also, she shakes/vibrates all the time (she ran away for a couple days but didn't seem harmed when we got her back) I don't know if she's spayed because we found her abandoned on the side of the road.
