My cat is bored and hyper. Should I get a second cat or more toys?

I currently have one cat. She has many toys, a cat tree, scratching posts, a window to watch from, and I play with her for atleast 10 mins each day. However, I find that she does get bored and hyper at times where she starts running around and chasing her tail, which is a sign of boredom I suppose. And No matter how much I play with her, say 30 minutes, she asks for more. Do I need to get a second cat for her? What is a solution? It sounds like she’s a pretty normal, happy playful young cat. Hide some toys away, bring in a couple new ones, then in a week or 2, bring out the old ones and put away the new ones. Getting a second cat MAY be helpful, but it also may rock the boat a little too much. If she seems overall content, I don’t think you should feel like you NEED to get a playmate, but it’s something to consider.
