Why is my male dog's testicle swollen, hard, and sore after activity?

My 14 month old American Pitbull Terrier Boi has had off an on swelling of the testicles for about a month now but it's only one it's hard to the touch an seems to be sore at times. An swells more when he is really active. Took him to vet about a month ago an found out he had bladder stones they changed his food to urinary s/o to dissolve them. Not sure if that could have anything to do with the testicles swelling or not. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 1 year and 4 months old

That is abnormal. He could have an infection or mass in the testicle. I recommend neutering him and sending the abnormal testicle for a biopsy to determine the diagnosis.
