Is it too stressful to bring a new puppy home on vaccination day?

will it be too stressful for a 40 days old puppy to get seperated from the litter and mother on the same day as vaccination? because im taking him home at the day of his vaccination. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 6 days old | 4 lbs

Even though a lot of puppies get separated from their mother and siblings at 6 weeks, it is better to leave them with their mommy until they are 8 weeks old. I would not take him home on the day of vaccination. This would be extremely stressful. 40 days is less than 6 weeks old.
