Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 18 days old | 8.8 lbs
I recently adopted a 2 and a half months old male kitten and, just some days ago, my older female non castrated cat entered into the heat. When she lay down for him, he mount her back and bite her neck. But when she cries, he don't go after her. There's a problem for his growing or chance that he get sexualy mature earlier?

He is quite young to be sexually mature but it is possible. If he is mounting her then he could potentially get her pregnant. If he doesn’t want to mount her then it is likely that he his isn’t old enough. I hope this answers your question.
