Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. 6 week old puppies, like young babies, mainly eat, sleep and poop. There are periods of playing as well however they spend a long time during the day sleeping. As long as Tobi will get up and play periodically and seems happy and energetic when he is up, then I wouldn't worry. Best of luck with Tobi!
