Why is my chihuahua losing weight, sleeping, and has bloody stool?

I've a yr old chihuahua she's lost a little weight but WHEN she's awake she's very active but does sleep a lot. She's started having trouble when she's having s poo. She moves around to do it a lot, but a couple of times I've wiped her bottom and found traces of blood. She is up to date with her injections. But she has been whining a lot for no reason the last week. But thats eased off a bit now. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | 1 year old | 4.6 lbs

Weight loss and possibly bloody stools could be the result of a lot conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, parasites, among many other possibilities.
