If she is doing this consistently, she may have an ear infection. Take a look inside her ears and if there is debris (brown, yellow, black) then she likely has an infection. A vet visit will then be needed to get her on the appropriate prescription ear medication to help clear this up. If she is itching her ears and there is no debris then there is likely an underlying allergy causing itching. Ask your vet about antihistamines to try with her to see if this is enough to resolve her itching. Best wishes with Ms. Millie and I hope her ears resolve soon. Take care.
