My 6-week puppy is weak, struggling, and had pneumonia. What's wrong?

6 week old puppy struggling for air acting very weak she’s making the noises that newborn puppies make she had pneumonia and today is her last day of medication but she’s acting very weak moving very slow doesn’t want to play very sleepy isn’t eating or drinking today she licked a bit of her food but didn’t eat she also makes choking noises does she still have pneumonia what’s wrong with her????

Yes, it is quite possible the pneumonia has not resolved. She needs urgent reassessment by a vet and further medication, possibly intravenous fluids and antibiotics in order to stabilise her condition. Such severe pneumonia in a young pup is very concerning and can be fatal due to lung scarring and collapse. It is possible there may be underlying birth defects contributing to the original condition and/or her poor response to treatment
