My Great Pyrenees mix vomited, won't eat, and has worms. What to do?

My 2-year-old Great Pyrenees mix vomited twice, then the next day, I found a single white/cream-colored worm in her feces. That day, she would not eat. The following day (yesterday), she seemed to feel better, & ate her dinner (she eats Iams Adult food.She seems to feel fine today, and has not yet had another bowel movement for me to check. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 2 months old | 70 lbs
