Is taurine-free wet food healthy for my 5-month-old Birman kitten?

I have a 5 months old birman, and I read that some of cat wet food has taurine. Please recommend me some which has no taurine, and some healthy food . Thanks. Pet's info: Cat | Birman | Female | spayed | 1lb

Hello, Taurine is an absolutely essential amino acid for cats and should be in any diet Coshida eats. A diet without taurine will cause cats to go blind and into early heart failure, as well as many other health problems. I hope this is helpful.
