It is best to wait until her 1st heat cycle. Anytime between 1-4 years of age is recommended. The earlier the better, so that you can then spay her afterwards to help prevent health issues that can arise in older unspayed female dogs. Just keep in mind that pittbulls are one of the highest rated breeds that are seen in shelters, so its best to have owners lined up to the the puppies soon after they are born if possible.
