Why is my guinea pig not eating, limping, and breathing heavy?

We have a guinea pig that has suddenly stopped eating and drinking. His breathing is heavier and he whimpers when being held or touched. He is also limping and won't walk. Do you know what could possibly be wrong? Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Male

Thanks for arching out about Hoke. These signs are general of pain. Possibilities include fractured limb, but also a urinary calculi/obstruction. A visit to a veterinarian today is highly recommended. Radiographs will probably be needed. This does appear to be serious. Good luck.
