Can Seresto be used with frontline, or advantage? I have heard alot of raving things about Seresto, but i am skeptical about flea collars working. If i bought one can i put it on my dog even tho she was treated with advantage? She has a flea allergy and I am having a hard time getting the fleas under control. I use Siphotrol Plus II for inside my home, have not treated my yard yet, and i treated the pets.

It is ok to use Seresto along with other topical products, just not oral ones. In some pets there can be a little skin irritation, so watch out for that and notify your vet if this happens. Otherwise, you should be fine to go ahead with Seresto to see if this does the trick. I would also recommend using a flea fogger to treat your home, which can be found at your local Home Depot or Lowe's. If you still don't have good results with the Seresto collar, then I would wait at least 2 weeks and consider better products such as Simparica or Nexgard. Best of luck with your flea issue and Nova moving forward. Take care!

There should be no problem using these two products together, but if Gus has an active flea infestation, you might consider using Capstar. It's a one time pill that starts killing fleas in 30 minutes, and is safe to use. You will also have to disinfect the environment. Wash his bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home.

You can use a Seresto collar with the Advantage, but keep in mind the environment need to be disinfected as well to prevent Jaxson from getting fleas again. Wash his bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
