My dog is off balance, stretching, panting, and won't eat. What to do?

My dog lost her balance earlier tonight and has been excessively stretching her body out, won’t really eat anything and excessively panting and has been a little off balance. I don’t have a vet open right now so I was hoping I could get some advice. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 43 lbs

I wonder why she lost her balance. Did she trip? Are her eyes moving back and forth? It is hard to say the reason for her losing her balance. When she did lose her balance how did she fall? My concern with her stretching and panting she may have hurt herself. I would recommend finding an emergency veterinarian. The reason for that is to make sure she didn't hurt her back or neck.
