Gerbil groggy after eating grapes. Is it sick? What should I do?

My gerbil has become groggy and is not acting normal. I fed them fresh food for first time In a while 2 days ago- spinach and grapes. Is this an issue? What can I do? Pet's info: Small Animal | Gerbil | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 10 months old

If Nibbles is acting lethargic or painful, decreased appetite or sick in any other manner, he should be seem by a veterinarian. Antibiotics or other medications might be in order. Good luck.
