It is possible that one testicle is retained in the abdomen. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately.     It's possible one of the testicles hasn't fully descended, or there is an infection/irritation/injury that is causing one to swell larger than the other. It would be best to have Osiris looked at by your vet to determine what the case may be.
