My old dog won't eat and is breathing from her stomach. Is it serious?

I have a dog named Lassie, as far as we can guess she is 13 plus years old. Great outdoor dog loves the outdoor. we noticed she isn't eating, hiding her treats, seems to be breathing from stomach. she still wags her tell and doesn't seem to be in pain. we did hook her heated water bowl and she didn't like the cord. move it around where she couldn't see it. Could she be constipated or something.

Lassie needs to see a veterinarian as soon as possible. With the symptoms you are describing she may have a serious illness going on with her. I highly recommend taking her to a veterinarian.
