Why are my birds dying with diarrhea, balance issues, and pale combs?

my birds have the following symptoms 1.whitish diarrhea with dark green mass in them 2.loss of appetite only drinking water. 3.comb stars turning pale then black. 4. the birds lose balance fall down then die what disease would this be and what is the remedy.

Thanks for reaching out about this. Are we talking about chickens. No sure what diseases are prevalent in Africa but if multiple bird dying simultaneously, concerns would be around a viral etiology. Many countries have national veterinary diagnostic laboratories that might help with a diagnosis. Once a diagnosis is concluded, a treatment plan can be implemented.
