I have pit bull he has a big swallow lump on the back of his neck he has dug it raw now has a big hole with puss and is bleeding. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 60 lbs

I would highly recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. This is usually treated with local therapy with drainage, flushing and debridement as well as systemic antibiotics. If a growth is noted, they can sample it at that time.
