Why is my dog suddenly panting, restless, and can't get comfortable?

Pet's info: Dog | Rat Terrier | Female | spayed | 11 years and 1 month old | 20 lbs

My dog has a sort of “dry pant” and seems extremely uncomfortable. She circles and lays down and gets back up again. What could cause this?

If this continues, I highly recommend that you have Molly evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check on what seems to be going on so that therapy can be used accordingly. Best of luck!
