Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 5 days old | 1.6 lbs
My 2 cats are getting bigger. They're around 4 months now. I don't know how much to feed them. I'm using dry food (royal canin pediatric growth- my vet requested it), and i fill the bowl whenever i see it empty. I keep it full all the time. Is it ok? I heard that free feeding is ok for dry food. But i wanted to make sure with you and request any tips you have. Thank you!

Hello. At this point in your kittens lives, I would continue to allow them to free feed as they are still growing & maturing. If, after they are 1-2 years of age, they begin to get a little too heavy, you may need to restrict access to their food, but it is not necessary nor advised now. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
