How to stop my 8-month-old dog from ignoring me and running away?

I have an 8 month old German shepherd/lab mix. She used to listen when I told her to do something. But lately she wont. She keeps getting into stuff and running away when she knows she's not supposed to. I've givin her kennel timeouts but nothing working. The other day she ran away while I took her outside to potty and she got into a bag of mini oreos someone had left on the ground. I tried to catch her but she just picked it up an kept running. Please, can you help me? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 14 days old | 30 lbs

I would encourage you to contact a dog trainer that can work with you and her in person to really take care of this behavior.
