Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 14 years and 5 months old | 20 lbs
I have a staff cross 14 years old he as developed a large testicle which I understand is a cancer tumour is he too old to be castrated?

this could be cancerous but could also be a testicular infection or inflammation. At 14 he can safely be castrated if he is healthy. Your veterinarian will examine your dog pre-surgery and determine whether it is safe to give him anesthesia for the surgery.
