My 9-month-old cat has a swollen lip, diarrhea, and sneezes. Is it his new food?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 9 months old

Today I noticed my 9 month old male cat has a swollen lower lip and he took a poop earlier and it was like diarrhea, about a month ago I switched his cat food could that be the reason? Also a week ago he wouldn’t stop sneezing

These are very general signs of ill health, so I suggest you schedule an exam with your veterinarian for an exam for Milo. It is unlikely a sequel to changing his food a month ago , but he may have an upper respiratory infection or a virus infection causing upper respiratory signs as well as the swelling and the diarrhea.
