My dog's tummy gurgles loudly, won't eat or drink. What's wrong?

Hi so it’s been one day now my dogs tummy has been gurgling very loud since yesterday consistently . She won’t eat or drink anything . She did drink a tiny bit of milk yesterday but nothing else . Doesn’t want water . Tried giving her pepto besmo. She’s still playful and all just I know something is wrong with my blu . Please help. Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. The lack of drinking concerns me as that can easily lead to dehydration. I recommend that you have Blu evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. Treatment would be based on findings. Good luck and have a great day! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
