My dog ate poop with red in it. Should I be worried if he's fine?

Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 16 lbs

My dog was outside playing and I saw him eat something that I am almost positive was poop he spit most of it out..... it had a little red in it I am no sure what type of animal it came from as we were outside in a un fenced area should I be worried he acts fine and does not seem to feel sick..... it happened about 30 mins ago

While it is not great that your dog ate poop, many dogs do so and survive! If your dog's vaccinations are up to date then it is unlikely he will catch one of the nasty viral diseases such as parvo from it. He may pick up intestinal parasites. But I would not worry so much about it and certainly would not kiss him now!
