My dog is biting and scratching his rear. Is it seasonal allergies?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 8 years and 9 months old | 95 lbs

I believe Bear is having seasonal allergies. he is biting and scratching at the rear end near the base of his tale and rectum.

Poor Bear! His hind area looks painful. You will need to take him into the vet, as the vet can confirm if he does have allergies and can prescribe medication to treat it. Until you can get him into a vet, give him an oatmeal bath as that may help temporarily with his itchiness. Best of luck.
