hello my dog has a little cut on her ear like a bee sting. it would leak blood and was a bit watery but i cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and put some antibiotic ointment. the ear is a bit swollen and red and she has a lump on her neck and one on the top of the shoulder, both the size of tennis balls but she does not whimper or pain and eats.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! These could be benign or malignant growths. She may also have a traumatic injury in her ear that may need further therapy from what you describe. There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. This is usually determined with an examination and a fine needle aspirate (FNA) or a biopsy. Treatment depends on the findings up to that point. I recommend you have Mona evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good day!
