My dog has a swollen ear, cut, and tennis ball lumps. What's wrong?

hello my dog has a little cut on her ear like a bee sting. it would leak blood and was a bit watery but i cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and put some antibiotic ointment. the ear is a bit swollen and red and she has a lump on her neck and one on the top of the shoulder, both the size of tennis balls but she does not whimper or pain and eats. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 90 lbs

She may also have a traumatic injury in her ear that may need further therapy from what you describe. There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. This is usually determined with an examination and a fine needle aspirate (FNA) or a biopsy. Treatment depends on the findings up to that point. I recommend you have Mona evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good day!
