My Frenchie puppy is acting drunk and strange. Should I go to the ER?

My 8 month old Frenchie is looking drunk and acting strange, should I take her to the pet ER or can I wait it out for her regular vet in the morning? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | spayed | 23 lbs

While it is not possible to know for sure what may be going on, I would be concerned that this could be something serious such as a toxicity of some sort or just not feeling well in general.
