My dog has a strip of skin on her belly that looks dirty, but it doesnt wash off and wont go away. Could it be a rash? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 8 months and 23 days old | 35 lbs

This would require an actual examination of the area to see what may be wrong so that therapy can be recommended.
