Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 6 years and 1 month old | 12 lbs
i cant get my mini teddy bear to stop dragging his butt therefore really bad breath, ive tried cleaning the anal glands and ive tried four containers of No Scoot but to no avail, any advice would be appreciated

However, this may be due to impacted or infected anal glands that may need veterinary evaluation and treatment. I recommend that you have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to diagnose the issue and treat it accordingly. Best of luck!

Since you already have tried all the home-remedies, it is time to take your teddy to a veterinarian to examine his anal sac and also his anus and rectum. There may be other health concerns causing the bad smell and the scooting, such as a tumor, or abscess or polyps or autoimmune disease.
