Brown guinea pig nipple discharge and a nearby lump: Should I worry?

So I was just checking my piggie's bladder region and I noticed that her right nipple has brown discharge coming out of it when it is slightly squeezed. Have you experienced this before? Earlier this week I took her to the vet to have a mass be examined to determine if it's cancerous. I will receive those results on Monday. This mass is located close to the nipple that is discharging. Should I be concerned? She's still eating and drinking normally. Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 2 lbs
