My puppy bites leg, has hair loss, and looks infected. What's wrong?

My puppy keeps biting his leg and has hair loss where he is biting. Also has hair loss around his left eye and nose. What could be wrong? It does look infected where he keeps biting. He is only 5 months old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs
