Why is my 10-week puppy sleepy with eye and nose discharge?

my puppys 10 weeks old and shes a bluenose pitbull. shes really sleepy and doesnt really show much love towards me. she doesnt lick my face like most puppys and shes having hard buggers on her nose and on her left eye there eye buggers. she has her 6 and 8 week vaccinations and she also has herdeworming one from 6 weeks. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | 2 months and 7 days old

This is very concerning as, while her vaccinations were done on time, she is not fully protected against distemper and parvo yet. Purulent discharge from her nose and eyes are concerning as they could , of course be a simple respiratory infection, but also a sign of canine distemper. Please take your puppy to a veterinarian for an exam and some diagnostics.
