My cat keeps biting my sweater and meowing. Should I be concerned?

Hi! My cat doesn't stop biting my sweater that i have dressed, he's constantly meowing and then walking on the sweater in the same place and sometimes from side to side, never letting my sweater. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
