My Shih Tzu is tired, peeing hot, and ate human food. What's wrong?

You My 8 month old female shih tzu has being acting sluggish and tired. She was laying down on the rug when she suddenly jumped up on me and my bed laid down and peed on herself, her pee was extremely hot that it even burned me. I found this very shocking and am hoping it is nothing to worry about. Unfortunately she has also been eating house food, can this have an affect too? She can have a few different things going on. She can have a urinary tract infection or she may have an upset stomach from eating human food.
