My puppy has a swollen paw, ear bump, and fever. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 11 days old | 8 lbs

My female puppy has her front left paw arm really swollen and I just noticed that she has a small bump behind her right ear. Shes eating well, shes active, her temperature may be high maybe fever she's hot. But no sign of infection, abscess, no smell or puss, what can it be ?

Swelling and fever are hallmarks of inflammation which may result from infection or severe inflammation. please have her assessed by a vet as soon as possible in order to guide the safest and most appropriate treatment
