My Shih Tzu is still vomiting foam, bloated, and sick. What's wrong?

I’m so scared and worried for my dog she is a 2 year old shih hzue, we recently took her to the vet because she was vomiting up white foam quite a lot of it so we took down to the vets and they gave us tablets for her to take every morning and night and some liquid, the vet said she had a sore throat, constipation, and she is bloated. At the moment she is sleeping and she has been trying to sleep but it hasn’t been working for her, I just really scared that her resting heart rate is lower than. If you are concerned that she is not doing well even after a visit to your veterinarian, I highly recommend that you have her reevaluated for further assessment. Keep in mind though that therapy sometimes can take a bit to take effect. I am keeping my fingers crossed for a speedy recovery!
