My dog is oversleeping and dizzy from new meds. Is the dose too high?

I would like to know if these prescriptions are prescribed in the same manner as they have been for my dog, bc I feel like I’m giving her too much?! She’s a 14yr old yellow lab and weighs 100+/-lbs. I took her in on 11-19 bc she suddenly lost control of her bowels and was peeing blood.. but, she’s been over sleeping, dizzy, and hasn’t moved from her bed since the meds. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 16 years and 5 months old | 100 lbs

Both of hear medications are within the published dose ranges for a dog Kimber’s size, but gabapentin can sometimes cause sedation and this could be the culprit. You may want to give your vet a call and see if they might recommend reducing the dose or even skipping a dose.
