My dog had diarrhea & threw up. Can I leave her alone for 5 hours?

I work up to vomit and diarrhea in my dogs crate this morning. She seemed fine once I let her out of the crate, but I have to go to work for five hours. I gave her a little water, but no food. Is she going to be okay?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

She’ll be fine until you get back to check on her. I recommend with holding food for 12 hours then start a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice if she’s not vomiting. If she’s lethargic, continues to have vomiting and diarrhea then bring her in for an exam and treatment. She could get dehydrated if that continues too long.
