Hello is it normal for a cat to sleep in the creases of my back legs. Also is it normal for a cat to jump on the bed and meow a couple times, but then I open the windows vand she's fine. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 5 lbs

Yes, cats love to curl up on people or touching them especially when it’s cold. My male cat is very vocal and he talks when he wants something so that is probably what going on with yours. If you open the window when she talks she may have learned to meow when she wants more air. Sounds like a smart cat to me!
