Hi my cat has a small abscess and i was told to give her the cephalexin 600 that i already have a home,what would the dose be please,she is 5kilos. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 6 years and 10 months old | 11 lbs

You cannot give a cat cephalexin 600 mg, it is way too much, you need to take her to the vet in order to get an antibiotic injection and the vet will also most likely need to lance and clean the abscess.
