What's this red, painful, smelly, oozing skin spot on my dog?

just noticed a 3" x 1.5" area on my dogs skin under his hair (top between shoulder blades), that is red-white,, looks fresh semi puss, smells, hurts to the touch. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 10 months old | 75 lbs

This looks like a skin infection, you will need to take him to the vet ASAP, the fur in that area will need to be shaved and he will need to get a course of antibiotics in order to have this treated.
