My Great Dane is in pain, shaking, won't eat, and can't poop. What's wrong?

I have a Great Dane, that’s 1 year old he has all a couple symptoms, for bloat like his back is arched, an you can till his in pain, also his hair on his back is kinda up an when you touch it he shakes it, an when he lays down he shakes like he’s cold, an also he’s tried going poop but nothing comes out, an he won’t eat or drink when he lays down it’s hard for him to get up, an he also doesn’t like when when are other dog goes by him, which that’s is

This sounds like he’s in pain. He could have back pain from a bulging intervertebral disc, or be constipated, or have hip pain. This sounds serious so I recommend a veterinary exam soon. With bloat they look bloated and they go from fine to very distressed in a few hours and then it’s life threatening. If this has been going on longer without a swollen abdomen then bloat is less likely. Regardless, he’s in pain and needs veterinary care.
