Is it normal for my puppy's hair to come out when I pull it?

My puppy Salems hair comes put when you pull on it. I was playing with her forehead skin and all of a sudden hair came loose. I thought it was odd and so I did it again and the same thing happened. Is something wrong with her? Or is this normal? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 3 months and 13 days old | 15 lbs

If, when the hair comes out there is no bald spot, then this is not concerning. If a bald spot remains, then you should have your puppy examined by a veterinarian, as it may have a mite or bacterial infection or a fungal infection.
